DIRECTIONS
Approach from the North- Leave the A55 at junction 11, taking the first exit, A5 south, signed Bethesda, almost immediately turn right onto the A4244*, follow this to a roundabout and take the first exit (A4244) signposted Llanberis. After approximately 3km and the petrol station take a left turn signed Deiniolen and follow the road through the village. The road now sweeps up and right passing a post box on the left (set back from the road); there are now no houses on your right. After a further 400metres the road widens. On the right is a gate opening onto a track which leads downhill to the hut. Just inside the gate there is a large LPG gas tank.
Cars must be parked at the widening of the road.

Sat Nav- The nearest post code is LL55 3EG which should get you within 20 meters of the track leading to hut.

THE HUT
The kitchen has two 4-burner gas hobs, microwave, fan oven with grill, and fridges (no ice-box). There is a wood burning stove in the lounge for which coal and wood is provided. This is usually kept outside in the store or under the stairs. If you have access to fire wood that you can donate, please take it with you or contact a committee member who will arrange to collect it. The two main bedrooms have convector heaters and bunks each sleeping six. The third bedroom is the LMC room and sleeps four.

There are separate male and female washrooms with shower and toilet. The toilets use an electric macerator so please do not dispose of sanitary towels or other such items down the toilet. Moreover, do not operate during a power cut. Electricity is on a meter taking £1 and £2 coins, located by the stairs in the lounge. The hut has a drying room located through the small door in the porch.

Dogs are not permitted upstairs or upon any of the furniture. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to bring along all bedding and other equipment for the dog to ensure it remains downstairs and off the furniture.

ON LEAVING
Please ensure that your name and details are completed in the hut log book. Please clean the hut after your stay. The next group will rely on you to leave the hut in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning materials are provided for this purpose. Rubbish should be disposed of in black bin liners and then placed in the refuse bin located at the top of the track by the main gate. If this bin is full, please take your rubbish away and dispose of carefully elsewhere. Please take waste for recycling home. Make sure all doors, windows and shutters are secured as detailed on the hut notice board. Please report any breakages, damage or problems encountered to the Hut Booking Secretary. Please ensure you turn off the water supply at the stop-cock located next to the kitchen door.
